昨日はホワイトデーでした。
バレンタインの時に
協力業者のサッシ屋さんから
チョコを頂きました。
うれしい～
ホワイトデーなので、
お返しとおもっていました。
合う機会がなくて残念。
いつかそのうちです。
固く誓いましょう・・・
今日も元気にいきましょう。
さて、
温熱計算中です。
２０２５年以降
すべての新築住宅はＺＥＨになります。
ＺＥＨ（ぜっち、ゼロエネルギーハウス）とは・・・
どうやっても生活するとエネルギー使います。
ただ、
断熱をよくしたり
効率のよい設備を使って使用量をへらします。
その上でソーラーパネルなどでエネルギーをつくります。
で、
合計するとエネルギーがゼロになる家のことです。
冬でもあたたか、
夏でも涼しい快適な家。
電気代や光熱費が高騰している現代で
お財布にやさしい家になるのです。
ただし、レベルの違いがあります。
春日山と
南葉山と
富士山を比べてください。
同じ山ですが標高が違いますよね。
登頂する難易度が全然違います。
家も同じです。
どこまでの性能の家がいるのかによって
かわってきます。
詳しくはネットで検索していみてください。
もっとわかりやすい言葉でのっています。
ここで言いたいのは、
どの山に登りたいか、どこまで登れるか
じっくりと相談してほしいのです。
こんなつもりでなかったと、後悔するのはイヤですからね。
そんなことで、
今、設計段階のお宅の断熱性能を計算しています。
けっこう細かいんですよ。
今からしっかり準備します。
