だったかな。
何か依頼されたということは、
自分にも相手にも試されているということです。
だから、しっかりと受け止めて
しっかりと対応しましょう。
みたいな意味です。
ズシリときています。
魂のこもった言葉、尊重したいです。
今日も元気にいきましょう。
さて、
現場報告をひとつ。
床下点検口を新設してきました。
当社で新築させていただいた
ＯＢ様のお宅です。
床下点検口とはもともと
床下の点検や配管のメンテナンスをするときに
すんなり入りやすいようにつくった口です。
家のメンテナンスや点検をやりやすくするための
方法です。
これがないと、いちいち床をぶち破ることになります。
もう大変なことです。
こちらのお宅には
新築時には、床下点検口を設置しています。
だからそれを使えばよいのですが、
設置する場所が悪かった。
普段は使わない床下への点検口です。
何かあった時だけ活躍します。
できれば、
人が通り歩きしない場所がいいと思います。
床の段差やつまづきもあるし
美観的にも『ナニコレ？」状態になるから。
だから、
こちらのお宅では１階の洋室の収納部に設置しました。
いざ使うとなると
ふたのうえに置かれている荷物を
すべてどかさなくてはなりません。
その部屋を使う人にとっては
大きな負担となります。
ということで、
同じ収納部屋ですが、
廊下の収納に設置することになりました。
今度はパブリックの収納だし
しまっている物も比較的すくないので
よかったです。
くらしてみないとわからないこと
ありますね。
綿密な打合せと確認が必要だったかなと
思います。
